Yes, we do. Please be advised that Brontë York, Inc. will not lower the declared value of the order. You may be subject to import duties and taxes once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance are to be borne by you. Specific information may be obtained from your local customs department. (FEDEX and UPS will handle all duty papers for you.) Unfortunately, because of the high risk of fraud, at this time Brontë York, Inc. does not ship to the following countries: Afghanistan, Angola, Colombi, Cambodia, Congo, Cuba, Egypt, Ethiopia, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Lithuania, Libya, Nigeria, Pakistan.
Do you accept returns?
We stand behind the quality of our products as well as our great service. We provide a 100% satisfaction guarantee on every purchase.
Refuse all damaged product upon original delivery attempt. If damaged products are accepted by the carrier, then note the damage on the carrier delivery record. Save the product, the original box and packaging and e-mail to email@example.com within 2 days after receiving shipment to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pick up of damaged products. Receipt of this information is necessary for BronteYork.com to file a damage claim with the carrier.
Contact Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org in 5 days after receipt of shipment for all other discrepancies (shortages, mislabeled items, overages)
Returns and Exchanges:
1) E-mail to email@example.com in 5 business days after receiving the item and inform us of the reason causing the return.
2) We will send you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and the address to return the jewelry to, if your return is authorized.
3) Return the items in their original condition (not resized, worn, altered or damaged) including jewelry box or pouch, and appraisal when applicable in 10 days of receiving shipment to receive credit.
Write the Return Authorization Number (RAN) on the package and include a copy of the invoice/packing slip with the jewelry. If you do not have your original invoice, please provide us with your name, address, order number, email address and phone number.
The jewelry being returned should be in a box or padded envelope, and must be insured. Brontë York, Inc. is not responsible for lost or damaged returned shipments. All return items mush be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O. D. deliveries. Unfortunately we can not accept any packages that are not insured and/or do not have the Return Authorization Number (RAN) written on it. If you are asking for an exchange, please write on the package and the invoice 'FOR EXCHANGE'.
4) Upon receipt of your return, we will issue a confirmation email informing you of our receipt of your returned and time frame for replacement of your order or issue a refund, whichever you have requested. Your jewelry return will be processed in 10 business days. Please allow 30 days for the credit to appear on your billing statement.
If you have qualified for a free gift, we ask that you return the gift. If you decide to return it, just send it back with your return artisan jewelry. If you decide to keep the gift, we would charge you the value of the gift.
Please note that your original shipping, handling, gift bag or other additional costs will not be refunded, unless you received a damaged, defective or incorrect item.
Custom Made/Made-to-Order Jewelry and on Sale Jewelry:
We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom , made-to-order or on sale jewelry orders. However, we will replace or repair faulty merchandise at no cost to you.

Is the jewelry high quality?
